The Technical Solution Engineer will collaborate, manage, and innovate with B2B Brand Partner development teams to integrate their technology with GPN’s B2B platform API. They will assist with the implementation of new features and ensure an optimum integration process for the Brand Partner. The Technical Solution Engineer’s primary goal to build a rapport with the external Brand Partner development team to shepherd the successful integration and launch of their iGaming platform. In addition, the Technical Solution Engineer will provide technical support during the sales process by providing product demonstrations, explaining platform benefits, and previewing the integration process. To be successful, they must be strong in multidisciplinary collaboration and able to work on multiple projects concurrently with cross-functional internal and external teams spanning all aspects of technical integration, operations planning, and deployment into production.


  • Guide external third-party B2B Brand Partners through the integration process with GPN’s B2B API
  • Be the principal owner of GPN’s Merchant Developers Portal, managing, drafting, and updating all technical API documentation
  • Be the primary technical point of contact for external Brand Partners’ development teams and facilitate all internal team communications, guiding the project through integration, Operations planning, QA, and Deployment phases
  • Provide training to all external Brand Partners resources using the GPN platform, API, and Merchant Portal, including developers, quality engineers, and product managers
  • Provide technical support, requirements, and guidance to B2B Partners regarding API integration, for the platform
  • Assist Brand Partners in creating the best user experience for their iGaming product utilizing the benefits of the GPN’s patented platform and Reveal Technology
  • Assist in the deployment, test, and review of B2B Partner builds & collaborate with GPN Technical team to provide feedback and resolve issues quickly to meet B2B Partner deployment schedules
  • Coordinate, schedule and facilitate new game releases including the management of milestones, deliverables, release planning, daily standup, and game reviews
  • Make and create detailed new feature requirements requested by the B2B Partners and manage them through internal Development Jira and Confluence systems
  • Be the internal voice of the external B2B Partner and development team and build a close working relationship to catch issues early and resolve issues quickly
  • Provide collaboration to the GPN game teams by assisting in the creation of new game mechanics and innovative gameplay experiences specific to GPN’s patented platform and Reveal Technology
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in Technical Sales Engineering with strong knowledge of platform integrations for mobile and/or web products
  • Track record of integration and deployment leadership on complex systems including iGaming
  • Experience with third-party API integrations, SDKs, and Developer Portals (i.e. ReadMe)
  • Experience with gaming products and services (preferred iGaming / Social Casinos)
  • Experience using JIRA/Confluence, Microsoft Excel, Project & PowerPoint
