• Manage and support both windows and Mac in a 24×7 environment with the highest customer service
• Continuously improve on/off boarding process with modern technology
• Optimize Jira Service Management as a ticketing system
• Build and manage Asset management and inventory system to work seamlessly with Jira Service Management
• Manage, support, and collaborate with internal IT with day-to-day tasks
• Participate, manage, and prioritize all IT projects and initiatives to ensure on time delivery and implementation
• Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and efficiency
• Participate and maintain PCI compliance and audits
• Own and regularly test business continuity, disaster recovery, and high availability to mitigate business downtime.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
• 7 – 10 years in IT industry 
• 3+ years of Management experience
• Must be available to work on-site and be available for IT emergencies
• Must have a solid understanding of IT Security, Networking, System Administration, Helpdesk Support, and Active Directory
